My first experience with Collin’s Plumbing involved obtaining a quote to replace the shutoff valves in my home. Another company had quoted me $13,000 for the job, but Collin’s Plumbing provided an estimate of $1,800 and even offered practical advice for a potential DIY approach. Their honesty and transparency made a lasting impression.
In my most recent experience, Marshall assisted me with a thermal expansion tank issue, where I believed I had stripped the copper pipe connection to the water heater. After exchanging a few texts to assess the situation, he patiently walked me through each step to resolve the problem. When I asked what I owed for his expert guidance, he told me it was on the house.
Only a few hours earlier, I was stressed and expecting another costly plumbing bill in the range of $500–$1,000. To have the issue resolved so quickly—and at no charge—was an incredible relief and a genuine testament to their integrity.

After replacing a 37 year-old well pump, we began to have issues with the pipes/plumbing in our 107 year-old guest house. Joe promptly arrived at the scheduled time, assessed the problem(s) and water was once again flowing in the kitchen and bathroom with greater pressure than before. The labour and parts costs were quite reasonable for the amount of work involved. We are so pleased with Collins Plumbing and will be scheduling an appointment to replace the commode in our guest house. Thank you, Joe and Collins Plumbing.

Our hot water heater pilot went out and we were not able to re-light it. Collins Plumbing was able to send someone right out. Ryan showed up and was unable to drive his vehicle up the snowy roads. He parked and walked the long road and steep driveway to help us! Of course he got it lit quickly, checked it again before leaving and was very professional and personable.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COLLINS PLUMBING! Thank you Collins Plumbing for answering your phone and sending someone out in these snowy conditions!
